Who We’re Looking For

We’re searching for two dedicated, driven individuals who want to make a difference and grow as leaders. Whether you’re in college or recently graduated, this is your chance to gain real experience while serving the community. You should be: ​

  • A strong communicator, reliable and organized.

  • A team player who genuinely enjoys helping people.

  • Able to commit a few hours per week (flexible based on the season and your tasks.

These are unpaid volunteer leadership positions—but they come with hands-on experience, community, and meaningful impact.

Open Positions

1. Volunteer Coordinator

Are you a people person who loves bringing others together?
This role is perfect if you enjoy connecting with others, keeping things organized, and being a behind-the-scenes champion for our volunteers.

What you'll do:

  • Welcome and onboard new volunteers

  • Serve as the main point of contact

  • Track volunteer certification status

  • Manage volunteer sign-ups for events

  • Ensure every event has the right number of volunteers

You’ll be the heart of our volunteer community — supportive, friendly, and detail-oriented.

2. Event Coordinator

Love planning and making things happen?
If you enjoy organizing details and creating meaningful experiences, this is the role for you. You'll help design and run events that truly make an impact.

What you'll do:​

  • Organize volunteers, supplies, and logistics

  • Manage checklists and timelines

  • Create promotional materials and marketing content

  • Ensure events run smoothly from setup to wrap-up

You’ll turn our ideas into unforgettable experiences — from brainstorm to execution.
